INDOOR ADULT PISTOL "LEAGUE"

Will begin again on Wednesday September 7, 2011  -  7 PM at the indoor range every week over the Winter. We then shoot at the outside range during the Spring & Summer. Come on down & bring your favorite .22 caliber pistols. We have a bunch of fun targets to shoot every week. Poker targets, golf targets. car racing targets etc. Lots of fun. We are an informal group. Shoot when you can. You don't have to come every week. We just pick teams from whoever shows up & have fun. No competition shooters here, just guys that like to shoot & kid each other. Nice to get out & shoot once a week. .22's are fun & cheap to shoot. If you haven't been down to the club range in awhile come check it out. We renovated last year, adding lots of lights & bright paint. You won't know the place. Good excuse to get out of the house on a Wednesday evening during the winter.

MFG  YOUTH  SHOOTING  PROGRAM

Archery & Rifle Instruction every Thursday Starting at 7 PM 

 STARTS SEPT. 22, 2011, CONTINUES THROUGH THE SPRING, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE.

TUESDAY NIGHT ARCHERY LEAGUE

Yes, it is now on Tuesdays. We lost a bunch of Mondays due to Holidays so we are now shooting on Tuesdays

Tuesday night archery will begin Tuesday, May 1, 2012 and will continue for 17 weeks.   Cost is $8 for members and $10 for non-members per week.  Starting time is 5 PM. come on down for fun and the practice.

   ADULT FISHING DERBY 

SATURDAY APRIL 21, 2012

8 AM to 2 PM on ponds 1 & 2. Sign up before at the fish shack. Prizes for biggest trout ( by length ) Breakfast, lunch & refreshments available at the ponds. Derby is open to full members only 15 years of age & older. Members 14 & under can fish in the Kids derby May 20, 2012

ANNUAL CLUB CLEANUP WEEKEND

Starting around 8 AM both days. We will be working all around the club grounds.  If you have yard working implements please bring them. Shovels, rakes, brooms, weedwackers, saws, wheelbarrows etc. Putting in time on these days satisfies your work requirement to get a discount on next years dues. See Pete if you have questions.

Disabled Veteran's Fishing Derby

Every year in May the Marlboro Fish and Game holds its annual Disabled Veterans' Fishing Derby.  We provide a day of fishing, food and soft drinks to over 200 men & women from Veteran's facilities from all over the state.  The club provides this day of enjoyment for the Veterans with the help of members and the donations from thankful people from the local area. We can use all the help we can get. This derby is the only time a lot of these vets get out and enjoy the outdoors. It is a day of fulfillment for them as well as the members who donate their time and efforts to make this day possible. Call the Club at 508-485-9739 and ask for information on what you can do to help the Veterans who gave so much. We are now receiving donations for this years' derby. Any amount will help. Thank you to everyone from our club who work so hard every year & to those members of the Eagles, the American Legion, the Italian American Vets, and the Members of the Division of Fish and Wildlife who bring all the fishing rods & equipment & all the bait & help make this day possible & anyone else who donates their time & efforts.

MF&G ANNUAL FAMILY DAY

We are changing the day of the event to a Sunday to allow more members to attend with their families as it seems alot of folks actually work on Saturdays. Can you believe it? If you would like to help out or have some ideas on how to make this more fun for everyone, especially the kids, please contact either Jan Chase at functions@marlborofishandgame.com or Bob Cunningham at bobc@marlborofishandgame.com. We want to make this an old time Family Day with lots for  everyone to do. We are planning to have a softball game, horseshoe tournament, maybe even a shooting competition with archery & firearms. All kinds of events for aldults & kids to paricipate in throughout the day so save the date & plan on bringing the kids & grandkids. This event is open to the public so tell all your friends & neighbors. All are welcome.
